Fit 4 Life Classes
The following classes require a drop-in fee or punch-card to attend. You are not required to attend
every class, just book online and drop in when you feel like it!
Circuit Training
Get ready for a high-intensity circuit workout combining endurance training, resistance training, and aerobics. Expect upbeat music targeting strength building and muscular endurance. All fitness levels welcome.Â

Full Body Resistance Training
A fast paced 1-hour class using light weights and resistance bands to target the upper body, lower body, and the core, with tracks integrating cardio movements as well. Expect a demonstration of proper form before each upbeat track, and a level of difficulty that challenges muscular endurance.

Zumba with Lucia - Free for BU Students!
Zumba is a fun fitness program focusing on maintaining a healthy body and developing strength and flexibility through dance moves. It incorporates Latin American rhythms and can be practiced by everyone at your own pace!
