Fit 4 Life

Winter Fit 4 Life Programs

The HLC is offering more great fitness classes as part of our popular Fit 4 Life lineup.

The classes start up again in early January anf offer a great way to live your most active life over the winter months.

Fit 4 Life is for everyone, whether you are young or young at heart and looking to stay fit for life.  As a registrant in Fit 4 Life, choose from available classes each week or come to them all. Registration is purchased as 10 or 20 session punch cards or drop in. 

Back to Back
Strengthen your back to improve posture and flexibility. A focus on exercises for your abdominals, back, shoulders and hips to help prevent back injury.
When: Wednesdays at 10 am

Forever in Motion
Improve endurance, flexibility, strength and balance with functional exercises to maintain and improve mobility to keep you strong and healthy.
When: Mondays at 11 am

NEW!!! Latin Heat Dance Fitness
Latin Heat is the perfect combination of dance and fitness, while keeping the unique flair of Latin Dance styles. With influences of samba, salsa, bachata, mambo and merengue, we'll make you sweat from beginning to end. Shake, shimmy, pop and rock the dance floor to some great fast paced Latin rhythms.
When: Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30 PM

NEW!!! Stroller Strength 2.0
The 4 session course is a fun, brisk-paced and challenging 60-minute class. Designed to help increase your cardiovascular level, as well as your muscle strength and endurance using the indoor track and circuit training techniques. Emphasis will be placed on safe postpartum movement and core/pelvic strength. All fitness levels welcome. Stroller required.
When: Tuesdays 11:00 am - 12:00 PM; Mar 15, 22, 29, April 5

Spin It
Our popular spin class promises to give you a great cardio workout in a fun environment.
When: Mondays 6 - 7 PM; Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 PM; Saturdays 4 - 5 PM

Kickboxing
Join this high intensity workout and train in fighter conditions learning to punch, kick and strike.

Yoga
Foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.


Fit 4 Life programs require a punch card or day pass, which can be purchased through the Customer Service Desk of the HLC.

Prices to participate in Fit 4 Life programs are:
20 Session Punch Card - $160.00
10 Session Punch Card - $100.00
10 Session STUDENT Punch Card - $50.00
Drop In - $12.00
